Questions trade clients ask us
Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no MOQ, so you can order anything from a single box to a whole floor plate.
Will you have stock when my site is ready?
We keep buffer stock in Singapore for short-notice orders. Tell us your programme when you enquire and we'll confirm stock for your build and colour.
Will there be room for my markup? Will you go around me to my client?
We sell factory-direct on trade terms, with no importer in between, and quote per project. Your clients stay your clients: we respect the relationships you bring us and won't go around you.
Can I get samples for my client?
Yes. Trade and project clients can request samples: just tick "I'd like samples" in the form below and we'll be in touch. You can also bring your client to our showroom at 8 @ TradeHub 21 by appointment.
Can you send documents for my submission?
Yes. We send our spec sheet and SGS test reports before you quote. Tick "Send me the spec sheet and SGS reports" in the form below, or ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you install, or just supply?
We supply. We can introduce an independent approved installer, and you agree the installation scope and price directly with them. Our approved installers work to the same standard labour rates, and we can share them with you.
Which build should I specify for an office or retail space?
We recommend 6.0mm: it suits homes and commercial spaces, recommended for higher-footfall areas. For lower-footfall rooms, 5.0mm works well, and where impact noise matters, 6.5mm has the 2mm IXPE acoustic layer.
Can Rèn go over existing tiles?
Yes, as long as the tiles are flat, firmly bonded and not cracked. No hacking needed, which saves time, noise and debris on site.
