As an Indoor Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Enoch Surfaces for customers exploring our premium SPC flooring and wall panel solutions. You’ll take qualified enquiries generated by our in-house marketing team and guide customers from first conversation to confirmed sale — no cold calling required. This is a skills-based role built for people who genuinely enjoy understanding what a customer needs and helping them find the right solution.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email and online platforms.
• Understand each customer’s requirements, preferences and project needs before recommending a solution.
• Recommend suitable SPC flooring and wall panel products, and explain features, specifications, pricing and options clearly.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices using our company system.
• Follow up consistently with enquiries and sales opportunities, and convert warm leads into confirmed sales.
• Negotiate pricing within approved company guidelines.
• Coordinate with our appointed installation partners after customer confirmation.
• Keep customer and sales records accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams for smooth order fulfilment and a great customer experience.
• Build your product knowledge continuously through training and hands-on learning.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Confident, clear and professional communication with customers over WhatsApp, phone and email.
• A knack for asking the right questions to understand customer needs before recommending a solution.
• Comfort with consistent follow-up and staying on top of the sales process.
• A drive to convert enquiries into confirmed orders and hit sales targets.
• Professionalism when discussing and negotiating pricing.
• A friendly, patient, customer-first attitude.
• Strong organisation — able to juggle multiple enquiries, quotations and follow-ups at once.
• Comfort with computers, messaging platforms and business software, and a willingness to pick up new systems.
• A team player who coordinates well with Marketing, Operations and external partners.
• Genuine willingness to learn flooring products, specifications and our sales process.

No formal qualifications or flooring experience required. We hire for skills and attitude, not just résumés — so if you come from retail, customer service, interior design, building materials, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, home improvement or another customer-facing background, we’d love to hear from you. Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome too.

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500, depending on relevant skills and experience
